- We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Germany (currently).
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.
Premium Shipping:
- For those who need their items faster, we offer premium shipping for an additional fee.
- Select "Premium Shipping" at checkout to see the exact cost based on your order and destination.
- With premium shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 business days.
Order Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Order Tracking:
- If value of your order is more than 40,0€, then Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.
Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@cta-dichtungen.de. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
